Environmental Health Department <br />CP22 - HMBP Inspection Report <br />Date: <br />June 21, 2024 <br /> Facility Address: <br /> 9251 S WOLFE RD, FRENCH CAMP <br /> Facility Name: <br /> MULLER, RAYMOND <br />SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br />(CLASS I, CLASS II, or MINOR - Notice to Comply) <br />RemarksItem # <br />this article, and the site map required by this section shall be readily available to personnel of the business or the <br />unified program facility with responsibilities for emergency response or training pursuant to this section. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately make arrangements to have the business plan readily available for review. <br />This is (Minor) Violation. <br />CA Health and Safety Code 25508.2 1010008 - Business plan reviewed and electronically certified as <br />complete/accurate on or before the due date. <br />OBSERVATION: The business plan information has not been reviewed and resubmitted in the California Environmental <br />Reporting System (CERS) annually by the due date, January 15. The last submittal was submitted on 3/21/2024, 2 <br />months late. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar year <br />and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated <br />information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 4 <br />CA Health and Safety Code 25508(a)(1) 1010003 - Business Owner/Operator ID and Business Activities pages <br />electronically submitted and are accurate. <br />OBSERVATION: The Business Owner/Operator Identification form was not submitted or complete. On the "Business <br />Activities" page, the facility answer "no" to generating hazardous waste. During the inspection, used oil and used oil <br />filters are observed on site. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: This information must be current and submitted as part of the business plan. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is (Minor) Violation. <br /> 9 <br />CA Health and Safety Code 25505(a)(1) 1010004 - Complete and accurate Hazardous Materials Inventory information <br />electronically submitted. <br />OBSERVATION: Multiple hazardous materials were found on site that have not been reported to CERS.
