The copy on site has outdated Emergency Contact information. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The emergency response plans and procedures, the inventory of information required by <br />this article, and the site map required by this section shall be readily available to personnel of the business or the <br />unified program facility with responsibilities for emergency response or training pursuant to this section. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately make arrangements to have the business plan readily available for review. <br />This is (Minor) Violation. <br /> 3 <br />CA Health and Safety Code 25505(a)(2) 1010005 - Site Map with all required content electronically submitted. <br />OBSERVATION: The site map is incomplete. The site map is missing the location of spill kits. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: site map that contains north orientation, adjacent streets, access and exit points, <br />evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, emergency response equipment, and, if <br />present, loading areas, internal roads, storm and sewer drains, and emergency shutoffs , as well as additional map <br />requirements the governing body of the unified program agency finds necessary. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is (Minor) Violation. <br /> 11 <br />CA Health and Safety Code 25505(a)(3) 1010010 - Electronically submitted adequate response plan/procedures for <br />release/threatened release of hazmat. <br />OBSERVATION: The emergency response(ER) procedures were lacking or inadequate.
