The following is an itemized list of CP22 - HMBP violations that have not been <br />addressed for Wendy's #656 W. Hammer Lane as of October 09, 2024. <br />Open violations from July 22, 2024 inspection <br />Violation #11 - 1010005 - Site Map with all required content electronically submitted. <br />OBSERVATION: The site map is incomplete. The following elements were not included in the site map: no evacuation <br />staging area, CO2 is not indicated. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: site map that contains north orientation, adjacent streets, access and exit points, <br />evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, emergency response equipment, and, if <br />present, loading areas, internal roads, storm and sewer drains, and emergency shutoffs , as well as additional map <br />requirements the governing body of the unified program agency finds necessary. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> <br />Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br />¨ This violation will be corrected by (date): ¨ This violation was corrected <br />¨ Supporting documents included <br />Violation #12 - 1010010 - Electronically submitted adequate response plan/procedures for <br />release/threatened release of hazmat. <br />OBSERVATION: The emergency response(ER) procedures were lacking or inadequate.
