All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public <br />health and must be corrected immediately or be subject to closure pursuant to California Code of Regulations (Title 22) section 65545. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> #22 Skimmer Assembly <br />OBSERVATIONS: Four of the skimmers are missing weir doors. Provide properly installed weir doors by 2 weeks. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool shall be equipped to provide continuous skimming of the pool water. All parts of the skimmer shall <br />be maintained in accordance with manufacturer specifications. (CBC 3136B) <br />This is (Minor - Food) Violation. <br /> #35 Flow Meters <br />OBSERVATIONS: The pool flowmeter is "stuck." Repair/replace the pool flowmeter by 2 weeks. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Flow meters shall be provided on each recirculation system and shall be installed in accordance with <br />manufacturer's specifications. (CBC 3125B) <br />This is (Minor - Food) Violation. <br /> #37 Electrical Hazards <br />OBSERVATIONS: Unable to locate the GFCI to inspect proper function. <br />Ensure the GFCI functions properly. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Electrical equipment installed in the water, walls, deck, or equipment room of a public pool shall comply <br />with California Electrical Code. (CEC 680.4) Light fixtures installed in the pool that operate at more than 15 volts shall be protected by a <br />ground fault circuit interrupter.
