All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public <br />health and must be corrected immediately or be subject to closure pursuant to California Code of Regulations (Title 22) section 65545. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> #37 Electrical Hazards <br />OBSERVATIONS: The light inside the pool does not turn off when the ground fault circuit interrupter (GFI) is tested. Repair GFI <br />so that it is in good working order today. This was corrected on site. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Electrical equipment installed in the water, walls, deck, or equipment room of a public pool shall comply <br />with California Electrical Code. (CEC 680.4) Light fixtures installed in the pool that operate at more than 15 volts shall be protected by a <br />ground fault circuit interrupter. (CBC 3160B) <br />This is (Major) Violation. <br />MAJOR <br /> #35 Flow Meters <br />OBSERVATIONS: Flow meter float was observed stuck at the bottom. Repair/replace flow meter so that it is in good working <br />order within one week. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Flow meters shall be provided on each recirculation system and shall be installed in accordance with <br />manufacturer's specifications.
