All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public <br />health and must be corrected immediately or be subject to closure pursuant to California Code of Regulations (Title 22) section 65545. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> #3 Safety Signs <br />OBSERVATIONS: Pool enclosure entry gates lack KEEP CLOSED signage on the exterior side of each gate . Provide KEEP <br />CLOSED signage on the exterior side of the gates by 2 weeks. <br />The all-in-one signage lacks the following information: the nearest emergency facility phone number, the pool facility name, the <br />pool facility address, the hours of operation and the pool capacity. Fill in this information today. The following info was corrected <br />on site: the nearest emergency facility phone number, the pool facility name, the pool facility address. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool operator shall keep safety signs well maintained. (CCR 65535) Safety signs shall have clearly legible <br />letters or numbers not less than 4 inches high, unless otherwise specified. Safety signs shall be affixed to a wall, pole, gate, or similar <br />permanent structure in a location visible to all pool users, unless otherwise specified. (CBC 3120B) <br />This is (Minor - Food) Violation. <br /> #5 Restrooms and Showers <br />OBSERVATIONS: The hose of the middle shower is leaking and not providing water to the shower head. Repair/replace by 2 <br />weeks. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool operator shall ensure the following facilities are maintained and kept clean: showers, toilets, <br />dressing facilities, drinking fountains, diaper-changing stations, floors, walls, partitions, doors, and lockers. Showers (except outside) <br />shall be provided with soap in dispensers. Toilet facilities shall be provided with toilet tissue, hand soap, and paper towels or hot air <br />blowers in permanently installed dispensers. Pool operator shall provide a minimum of one waste receptacle in each toilet facility. <br />Wooden slats, duckboards and footbaths are prohibited. ( CCR 65535, 65551) Showers and lavatories shall be provided with hot and <br />cold water faucets. Maximum water temperature at showers and lavatories shall not exceed 110*F. (CBC 3116B) <br />This is (Minor - Food) Violation. <br /> #22 Skimmer Assembly <br />OBSERVATIONS: The west skimmer has a broken weir door. Replace broken weir door at this skimmer by 2 weeks. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool shall be equipped to provide continuous skimming of the pool water. All parts of the skimmer shall <br />be maintained in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
