The 2024 and 2022 business plan elements were <br />not submitted. The 2023 business plan was submitted on 3/1/20243. Late. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar year <br />and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Submit a statement to SJC EHD stating that the business will annually certify/submit the <br />annual HMBP to CERS by January 15. <br />This is (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 4 <br />CA Health and Safety Code 25505(a)(4) 1020001 - Established and electronically submitted adequate training <br />program. <br />OBSERVATION: A training program was was not perform annually . <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: Training programs for all employees and annual training , including refresher courses, shall <br />include familiarity with the facility's Emergency response plans and procedures in the event of a release or threatened <br />release of a hazardous material. Training shall cover, but not limited to, all of the following: (A) Immediate notification <br />contacts to the appropriate local emergency response personnel and to the unified program agency.
