The property you recently acquired at 21800 S Manteca Rd., Manteca <br /> CA 95337 is included in the Closed, Illegal and Abandoned Disposal Sites program, found here: <br /> https:HcalrecVcle.ca.gov/swfacilities/cia/ . The EHD inspects the site quarterly and issues <br /> inspection reports to enforce relevant Title 27 California Code of Regulations (CCR) sections. <br /> If property owners or potential buyers are contemplating any Post Closure Land Uses (PCLUs) <br /> for the site, please be advised that there are additional requirements pertaining thereto.
