Proposed Parcel 1 will contain 2.54 acres. Proposed Parcel 2 <br />will contain 4.85 acres Proposed Parcel 3 will contain 73.42 acres. Proposed Parcel 4 <br />will contain 46,58 acres. All proposed parcels will be accessed from South Banta <br />Road.
