Clean the Piercing: Use a saline solution or a piercing aftercare solution (preferably <br /> alcchol-free) to clean the piercing. Apply it to the area using a clean cotton ball or pad <br /> 3. Avoid Using Alcohol or Hydrogen Peroxide: These can irritate the piercing and delay <br /> hea ing. <br /> 4. Do N:)t Remove Jewelry: Avoid removing the jewelry until the piercing is fully healed, <br /> as thi 3 can cause the hole to close up or become infected. <br /> 5. Av:id Swimming: Stay away from pools, hot tubs, and lakes to prevent exposure to <br /> bacte1a. <br /> 6. Av,:id Irritants: Keep hair, lotions, and perfumes away from the piercing. <br /> 7. Avoid Sleeping on the Piercing: Try to sleep on the opposite side to avoid <br /> unnecessary pressure and irritation. <br /> 8.
