COMMENTS <br /> Describe all answers marked "No"or "Fail" and proposed remedy. <br /> List all monitoring equipment either replaced or repaired. <br /> 1/13/2025 -Attempted to replace failed annular sensor. System did not recognize the new <br /> sensor. Troubleshot and unable to get it to work. Called Omntec in New York. They advised <br /> that the new sensor ordered was for slightly new Omntec system and we would need to order <br /> a much older style. Will order correct sensor and return. <br /> 2/3/2025 - Replaced failed annular sensor. System recognized new sensor. Tested and passed. <br /> Page 5 of 6 <br />
