We have several <br /> issues regarding the site, which I've listed below. <br /> 1. The site currently has some UST repairs in progress (SR2400651) that were not done <br /> properly and require additional work and inspections. I've attached the report from our <br /> inspection on 1/10/25 which lists the issues found, and the original approval packet. <br /> 2. We have not been able to do a hazardous waste, HMBP, or APSA closure inspection. Would <br /> we be able to schedule these with you? As the new owner, would you be taking <br /> responsibility for any hazardous materials and waste remaining on site? <br /> 3. The site is currently scheduled for the routine annual UST monitoring system certification <br /> this Wednesday 2/26/25. The appointment was scheduled by NWestco, the testing <br /> company, and includes an inspection for the repair permit to check overfill prevention ball <br /> floats. Will you be keeping these inspections?
