Pea gravel stays on the outside of the tube
as we dig out the center of the tube.
Once we get to the tank top,the old riser is removed and the wrapped 10mi1 riser is lowered down to the
tech. Once bucket is installed and pre tested we pull the sono tube out for backfill.
I've include the photos of the old bucket and the stuck drop tube. I've included an example photo of the
process done at a different site for an annular riser repair.
Frank Joe Landa
Construction Manager at Nwestco
A 2209 Zeus Court Bakersfield, CA 93308
M 661-885-5056
Email: ioe.landaC«nwestco.com
On Wed, Feb 26, 2025 at 9:46 AM Joe Landa <joe.landa@nwestco.com>wrote:
Stacy,
This letter serves for proof of installation of the corrosion protection by myself at
1535 E Pescadero Ave in Tracy ca. 95304.
We installed 10 mil tape on the new riser for the Soap tank at the wash rack.
New schedule 40 steel riser installed directly to the tank.
Nwestco apologize's for any miscommunication on this matter and takes full responsibility.
Let me know if this covers our requirements and sign off for the spill bucket.
1
