Contact the local fire district, the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District, and the local <br />communitY development department for any applicable permits and requirements. <br />2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for written approval <br />riot to commencing work. All new submittals supersede previous ones. <br />3. Email notification to ust(a�sjgov.orq to arrange the following inspection appointments. All <br />appointments must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance. <br />a. Spill bucket test: Verify minimum 5 -gallon capacity. Pass a one hour hydrostatic test (or <br />equivalent). Verify proper drainage method. <br />4. Any individual performing the work of a service technician must possess, or work under the direct <br />and personal supervision of an individual physically present at the work site at all times while <br />work is being performed who possesses, all of the following: <br />• One of several permissible valid, current contractor licenses issued by the CSLB <br />• A current California UST Service Technician certificate issued by the ICC <br />• A valid, current certificate of training from the manufacturer(s) of the component(s) being <br />tested, or the developer of the testing equipment or test method(s) being used <br />5. Individuals working under the direct supervision of a qualified UST installer or UST service <br />technician must, at a minimum, be employed by the person with the CSLB license and possess <br />all manufacturer certificates of training for the equipment on which they are working. <br />1868 E.
