LOTO diesel STP,removed top half of shear valve,valve is in proper <br /> working condition. Shear valve would not lock closed due to no pressure on DSL line. <br /> Hooked up PSI gauge to line and set prepay gauge reads T". Checked all wiring all has power and amps are at 5.8. further troubleshoot <br /> and found that the Leak Detector was bad stuck closed.
