A Veeder Root 450 was installed <br /> February 13, 2025. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: A copy of these plans shall be accessible on site at all times. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately locate and retain a copy on site. <br /> This was corrected on site. <br /> This is a Repeat (Class 2)Violation. <br /> 72 CA Code of Regulations 2712 2030039-Compliance with all operating permit requirements <br /> OBSERVATION: The diesel leak detector was replaced on 2/14/25 and a permit was not obtained from the EHD. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Emergency repairs relating to UST system monitoring and release detection may be <br /> performed by a properly licensed, trained, and certified contractor pursuant to the EHD's policy and a permit obtained <br /> within one business day from the EHD. All other repairs must have a permit submitted to and approved by the EHD prior <br /> to beginning work. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately obtain a permit from the EHD for the replacement of the diesel leak detector.
