No further follow up is required. <br /> This is a repeat violation (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 45 CA Code of Regulations 2636(f)(2)2030025-LLD on DW press piping monitors hrly, detects a 3.0 gph leak, and <br /> restricts/shuts off flow(TCR 9d). <br /> OBSERVATION:The 87S line leak detector failed to detect a leak when tested. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:All line leak detectors shall be capable of detecting a 3-gallon per hour leak at 10 psi. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately have a properly licensed, trained, and certified contractor repair or replace the <br /> failed leak detector and obtain a permit within one business day from the EHD, if needed. If the failed leak detector <br /> can't be replaced immediately, there is a possibility that the 87 S UST system may be red tagged to prevent fuel <br /> inputs. <br /> This is a repeat violation (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 68 CA Code of Regulations 2712(i), 2634(e)2030046-A current UST Response Plan has been submitted. <br /> OBSERVATION:An approved copy of the response plan was not available for inspection. <br /> -Page 1 was missing from the on-site copy. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:A copy of this plan shall be accessible on site at all times. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: This was corrected on site.
