Contact the local fire district, the San Joaquin Malley Air Pollution Control District, and the local <br /> ccmmunity development department for any applicable permits and requirements, <br /> 2. And+ changes in information and scope of work most be submitted to E H D for written approval <br /> prior to commencing work. All new submittals supersede previous ones_ <br /> 3, Email notification to ust(&s.jqqv.M to arrange the following inspection appointments. <br /> All appointments mint be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance. <br /> a) Secondary containment testing on bio-diesel shed sump <br /> b) Secondary piping test: Soap test of all piping and penetrations (product, vapor recovery, vent, <br /> and chase), and pressure test, in accordance with manufacturer specifications. <br /> 4. Individuals working under the direct supervision of a qualified UST installer or UST service <br /> technician must, at a rrGinimum, be employed by the person with the C LB license and possess <br /> all manufacturer certificates of training for the equipment on which they are working. <br /> 5.
