The following is an itemized list of CP22 - HW SQG violations that have not been <br /> addressed for ARCO STATION #83560* as of April 07, 2025. <br /> Open violations from January 07, 2025 inspection <br /> Violation#23-3030007-Labeled all containers or portable tanks containing hazardous waste. <br /> OBSERVATION: Hazardous waste containers were observed on-site with incomplete labeling. The containers were: <br /> -Black 55 gallon drum with"solid waste"as described by Lawrence Wight,was not labeled as"Hazardous Waste" <br /> along with the other required elements of the label. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: the words <br /> "Hazardous Waste", name and address of generator, hazardous properties, physical state, composition (contents), <br /> accumulation start date <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label the containers as required for hazardous waste.
