Main Street, Mantica, CA. <br />Below is our response to the 1 item noted in the enclosed inspection report, no further action is required: <br />• The following DO reports had a prefilled signature date for the owner/operator -1/25/24, 2/21/24, 3/15/24, <br />4/11/24, 5/8/24, 6/4/24. <br />o We have formally requested in writing on 1/20/2025 that Belshier discontinue the practice of pre - <br />filling dates on the Designated Operator (DO) reports.
