I completed the bottom portion of page 2 and have the following answers
for you. Please let me know if you need anything else.
1. Which dispenser is being removed? Dispenser above the UDC in question. 11/12.
2. The scope of work states"this section of pipe". Which section of pipe is being removed? Section of pipe coming
through the UDC.
3. Please clarify where the pipe cutting will be done. Will any sanding or cutting be done at, inside, or near the
penetration fitting?Yes. Only way to change out the penetration fitting to a new one. Remove the existing fitting
and small section of pipe, install a new penetration and stub a new section of pipe through it.
0WONU4Aak Tra4ll
408-213 -6039
christinat@servicestationsystems.com
From: Rivera, Stacy [EHD] <srivera@sjgov.org>
Sent:Wednesday, November 27, 2024 1:28 pm
To: Christina Tran <christinat@servicestationsystems.com>
Cc:compliance@carenterprises.net; Asio, Allen [EHD] <allen.asio@sjgov.org>; Lopez, Maria [EHD] <melopez@sjgov.org>
Subject:SR2400666-4219 E.
