OBSERVATION:The designated operator failed to check and note the correct test dates for the overfill testing on the designated operator inspection reports.The correct date for overfill is testing is 4/23/24. REGULATION GUIDANCE: During the inspection, the designated operator shall check that all required testing and maintenance for the UST system have been completed and document the dates they were done. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Ensure that designated operators performing inspections at this facility are including all of the required information on the reports. This is a repeat violation (Class 2) Violation. Overall Inspection Comments: Routine Monitoring System Certification Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting paperwork, by May 4, 2025.
