I’ve got a few questions regarding the permit application paperwork submitted. <br />1. There appear to be three scopes of work submitted with this, providing varying levels of detail, and they don’t <br />match each other. Can you please submit a full, accurate scope of work and update the parts list on page 3 to <br />include manufacturer and models for all regulated parts being used. I want to make sure I approve you for the <br />right stuff.
