Ruddy, Jim
From: Derrick Mchenry <derrick.mchenry@masterbuilders.com>
Sent: Wednesday,January 29, 2025 2:57 PM
To: Ruddy, Jim
Cc: Gregory Guecia; Marlin Mccain
Subject: Stockton Plant - Dispenser Shed Pozzolith 80 leak
**WARNING: EXTERNAL SENDER. NEVER click links or open attachments without positive sender
verification of purpose. DO NOT provide your user ID or password on sites or forms linked from this
email. **
Jim,
It was initially thought that the Polyheed 997 was leaking at the dispenser, upon further investigation we have
determined that the leak was on the Pozzolith 80 system and not the Polyheed 997 system. In fact, the Polyheed
997 system was not leaking at all. We found that the fittings were put together without proper sealant on the
Pozzolith 80 system which caused the leak and allowed Pozzolith 80 to spray onto the Polyheed 997 system. We
have since replaced the Pozzolith 80 system. Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thankyou,
Derrick McHenry
DST Northern California/Northern Nevada
Master Builders Solutions USA LLC,Admixture Systems
Phone: 916-261-0437 E-mail: derrick.mchenry(a-)masterbuilders.com
