Test procedure recommended and used i s a vacuum sl owl y <br /> appl i ed to establ i sh a stabl e vacuum of 6" to 10" i nches Hg. for one hour usi ng a <br /> Standard I ndustry Vacuum Gauge wi th a range of -0" to-30" measured i n Hg./i nches of <br /> mercury. The testis completed at the end of one hour/Tanks with a Volume of 20,000 <br /> Gal Ions or less, and 2 hours for Tanks that exceed a Volume of 20,000 Gal Ions, if the <br /> vacuum readi ng does not decrease bel ow the establ i shed vacuum or the Threshol d <br /> Criteria recommended by the Tank Manufacture, Industry Standard, or Professional <br /> Engi neer. <br /> Product Piping Containment/Vent Piping Containment/Vapor Recovery Piping <br /> Contai n ment —The Servi ce Techni ci an wi I I test and certi fy usi ng methods devel oped <br /> and recommended by the Piping Manufacture, Bravo System UDC Manufacture, Industry <br /> Standard or Professional Engineer. Test procedure recommended and used is, Nitrogen <br /> Gas pressure, sl owl y appl i ed to establ i sh a stabl e pressure of 5 psi for one hour or 3 Psi <br /> for 1 hour usi ng a Standard I ndustry Pressure Gauge with a range of 0 to 15 measured i n <br /> Psi/Pounds per square inch. If the Product R ping is Fi bergl ass and the U DC's area <br /> Bravo System Manufacture, Model B2000, constructed of Coated Steel, with an O Ring <br /> Seal at Pri mary/Secondary Product R pi ng I nterf ace at end of Product R pi ng Run at <br /> U DC's then, Bravo System M anufacture recommends a pressure range of 2 Psi to 3 Psi <br /> maxi mum appl i ed test pressure. The test i s compl eted at the end of one hour i f the <br /> pressure readi ng does not decrease below the establ i shed pressure or the Threshold <br /> Criteria recommended by the R ping Manufacture, Bravo System UDC Manufacture, <br /> I ndustry Standard or Prof essi onal Engi neer. <br /> Turbine/Product Piping Sump/Fill Riser Sump/Remote Fill Sump/Transition/Vent <br /> Sump/Spill Container/Misr. Sump connected to UST System —The Service <br /> Technician will test and certify using methods developed and recommended by the Sump <br /> M anufacture, I ndustry Standard or Prof essi onal Engi neer. The test procedure <br /> recommended and used i s Hydrostati c wi th a I evel change i ndi cator that has been <br /> devel oped to i ndi cate a standard I eak rate of '/4 i nch i n 24 hours wi thi n 30 mi nutes, and <br /> has been exami ned and revi ewed by a thi rd party Prof essi onal Engi neer.
