Contact the local fire district, the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District, and the local <br /> community development department for any applicable permits and requirements. <br /> 2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for written approval <br /> prior to commencing work. All new submittals supersede previous ones. <br /> 3. Email notification to ust(cDsjgov.org to arrange the following inspection appointment. All <br /> appointments must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance. <br /> a. Verification of interior inspection of the tank <br /> Per California Code of Regulations, Title 23, Section 2660(k), San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department will not approve a repair or upgrade unless it can be <br /> demonstrated that the underground storage tank system is structurally sound, and the <br /> method of repair or upgrade will prevent unauthorized releases due to structural failure or <br /> corrosion during the operating life of the underground storage tank system. <br /> The facility cannot operate the 87 UST system or receive fuel in the 87 tank prior to the EHD <br /> inspection and approval. <br /> 1868 E.
