Monitoring records <br /> include: (1)date and time of all monitoring or sampling; (2)monitoring equipment calibration and maintenance records; <br /> (3)results of any visual observations; (4)results of sample analysis performed a lab or in the field; (5)logs of all <br /> readings of gauges or other monitoring equipment, ground water elevations, or other test results; (6)results of <br /> inventory readings and reconciliations. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately locate and maintain all missing maintenance and monitoring records for the last <br /> three years on site. Submit copies of any missing work orders and alarm records to the EHD. <br /> This is a repeat violation (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 67 CA Code of Regulations 2712(i)2030078-Owner/Operator retained a paper or electronic copy of the permit to operate <br /> at the facility. <br /> OBSERVATION:A current copy of the UST operating permit was not found on site. The most recent permit on site <br /> was dated 2023. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:A copy of the UST operating permit and all attachments and conditions shall be retained at <br /> the facility. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately obtain a copy of the 2025 permit and retain it on site. <br /> This is a repeat violation (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 68 CA Code of Regulations 2712(i), 2634(e)2030046-A current UST Response Plan has been submitted. <br /> OBSERVATION:An approved copy of the response plan was not available for inspection. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:A copy of this plan shall be accessible on site at all times. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately locate and retain a copy on site. <br /> This is(Minor)Violation. <br /> 72 CA Code of Regulations 2712 2030039-Compliance with all operating permit requirements. <br /> OBSERVATION:The facility is not in compliance with the written conditions of the operating permit. Updated for the <br /> SR2400464 have not been made after entry of the 87 tank. <br /> During the inspection, the diesel tank was observed to be not in operation.All sensors connected to the tank have <br /> been down since October according to the DO report 10/23/2024. A temporary closure permit was not pulled for the <br /> diesel tank. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:The owner and operator of underground storage tank(UST)systems shall comply with all <br /> requirements of the permit issued for the operation of the UST system. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately take all necessary actions to bring these UST systems into compliance.
