Testing has not been completed and is 5 months past due. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:These tests are required once every 12 months. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately schedule these tests and provide 48 hours notification to the EHD. Please be aware that <br /> all EHD staff time associated with a follow up inspection will be billed at our current hourly rate ($172). <br /> This is(Class 2)Violation. <br /> #50 CA Code of Regulations 2635,2637.1,2665,2712 2060020-Spill buckets meet requirements, have been tested as <br /> required,and records kept for 36 mths(TCR 9a) <br /> OBSERVATIONS:OBSERVATION:Annual spill container testing was last performed on 1/11/2024 and was due by January <br /> 2025.
