The most recent permit on site <br /> was dated 2023. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:A copy of the UST operating permit and all attachments and conditions shall be retained at <br /> the facility. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately obtain a copy of the 2025 permit and retain it on site. <br /> This is a repeat violation (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 68 CA Code of Regulations 2712(i), 2634(e)2030046-A current UST Response Plan has been submitted. <br /> OBSERVATION:An approved copy of the response plan was not available for inspection. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:A copy of this plan shall be accessible on site at all times. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately locate and retain a copy on site. <br /> This is a repeat violation (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 71 CA Code of Regulations 2651; HSC 25294 2030061 -Any unauthorized release from the primary containment <br /> recorded. <br /> OBSERVATION: On November 8, 2023, a leak test was conducted on the primary containment system. The test <br /> result indicated a failure, confirming the presence of a leak.The primary leak were not recorded. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:Any release from the primary containment that does not escape the secondary <br /> containment, does not increase the hazard of fire or explosion, does not cause any deterioration of secondary <br /> containment, and was cleaned up within eight hours of being detected or when it should reasonably have been <br /> detected, shall be recorded with the following information: 1. Operator's name and phone number 2. List of types, <br /> quantities, and concentrations of hazardous substances released 3. Description of actions taken to control and clean <br /> the release 4. Method and location of disposal of the released substances 5. Description of actions taken to repair <br /> and prevent future releases 6. Description of method used to reactivate interstitial monitoring after repair or <br /> replacement of primary containment <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately record this release with the information required, and maintain it on site with the <br /> facility's monitoring records. Submit a copy of the recordable release statement to the EHD by 6/18/2025. <br /> This is(Class 2)Violation. <br /> 72 CA Code of Regulations 2712 2030039-Compliance with all operating permit requirements. <br /> OBSERVATION:The facility is not in compliance with the written conditions of the operating permit. Updated for the <br /> SR2400464 have not been made after entry of the 87 tank. <br /> During the inspection, the diesel tank was observed to be not in operation.All sensors connected to the tank have <br /> been down since October according to the DO report 10/23/2024.
