We have scheduled the following work on the tank at the Sher <br /> Ops #1 —on Thursday, the loth, we will empty and inert the tank. On October 14th Containment Solutions/Fiber <br /> Glass/NOV (tank manufacturer) is flying into Stockton and on October 15th Containment Solutions/Fiber <br /> Glass/NOV (tank manufacturer) will be on site to inspect and if possible repair the tank. <br /> Will you be on site on October 15tn? <br /> It's imperative we firm up our dates for the tank repair otherwise we may not be able to schedule the repairs <br /> until January. <br /> 4 <br />
