The New Scope of Work includes: <br /> NOV FGS will arrive and enter one 10' 25,000 gallon DW DRY tank through existing man way and <br /> repair this tank that has already been inspected. FGS will drill holes into the primary ribs and run water <br /> into the annular space to attempt to flush all fluids from the annular space. Once done the holes will be <br /> plugged and work can commence repairing the tank. Inside of the tank will be sand blasted 100% then <br /> FGS will apply a 3 PLY Iayup over every inside wrinkle and crack 360 degrees circumferentially. Once <br /> this has cured a 7 PLY Iayup will be applied to the entire tank 360 degrees from end cap to end cap. <br /> After this has cured then we will apply internal ribs from the 9'0-clock position to the 3'0-clock position <br /> which will be covered with another 3 PLY of FG materials. FGS will field fabricate containment collar <br /> around manway opening to accommodate and install lower portion of tank sump. Upper portion of tank <br /> sump to be installed by BEI. Once all work has been completed the tank will be air soap tested to <br /> ensure no leaks. <br /> Job site Preparations: (BEI) <br /> - Tank has been pumped down to 1" or less of product. <br /> - 3-55 gallon drums on site to put any remaining product or water in from tank cleaning and for <br /> sandblasting material, contractor/customer must properly dispose of removed sludge and <br /> sandblasting material. Vac Truck will remove any materials from repairs in tank <br /> - Contractor to have a machine/forklift on site to off load materials from a LTL carrier. <br /> - Drums of resin will be delivered, contractor on site must offload upon arrival. <br /> - The manway lid needs to be unbolted and ready for entry. <br /> We will replace the single wall sump (P/N: SW PTS (WT34) 42/8), plumbing and manway if needed. <br /> Perform testing as required <br /> Equipment: <br /> Single Wall Sump— P/N: SW PTS (WT34) 42/8 <br /> Collar <br />
