The Facility Employee Training Certificate <br /> shall contain accurate information for all employees trained. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Submit a copy of the Facility Employee Training Certificate to the EHD. <br /> This is (Minor)Violation. <br /> 85 CA Code of Regulations 2631(a); HSC 25290.1(c)2060027-Tank system primary containment is constructed, <br /> operated, and maintained product-tight.. <br /> OBSERVATION: Observed liquid and droplet of liquid forming at the bottom of dispenser product piping indicating a <br /> leak in the primary containment in the following dispenser UDC's: <br /> - 16/17 <br /> - 18/19 <br /> - 19/20 <br /> -20 <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:All primary containment for the UST system must be product tight. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately have a properly licensed, trained, and certified contractor repair or replace the <br /> failed component(s), under permit and inspection of the EHD if necessary. <br /> This is (Class 2)Violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> On 1/13/2025, looked inside all sumps and UDCs. Did not witness monitoring system certification. An inspection <br /> checklist was provided to the facility operator on 1/13/2025.
