Only <br /> monitoring plans for the 10,000-gallon and 12,000-gallon tanks were on site. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:A copy of these plans shall be accessible on site at all times. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately locate and retain a copy of the 20,000-gallon tank monitoring plan on site. <br /> This is a repeat violation (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 72 CA Code of Regulations 2712 2030039-Compliance with all operating permit requirements. <br /> OBSERVATION:The C1 87 fill sump sensor was replaced on 4/19/2023 and a permit was not obtained from the EHD. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Emergency repairs relating to UST system monitoring and release detection may be <br /> performed by a properly licensed,trained, and certified contractor pursuant to the EHD's policy and a permit obtained <br /> within one business day from the EHD. All other repairs must have a permit submitted to and approved by the EHD <br /> prior to beginning work. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately obtain a permit from the EHD for the C1 87 fill sump sensor. A"Failure to Obtain <br /> a Permit"penalty applies. <br /> This is a repeat violation (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 77 CA Code of Regulations 2712(f)2030073- Facility has corrected cited violations within 30 days of receiving report. <br /> OBSERVATION:An inspection was last done on 2/12/2024 and an inspection report was issued identifying information <br /> to be submitted to bring this site into compliance. This information was required to be submitted by 5/4/2024.
