Please investigate and <br /> repair for retest. San Joaquin APCD issued a 7-day NOV to repair, retest and pass. <br /> Replaced 87 Vapor spill bucket. <br /> New fill/vapor swivels are installed. <br /> Ready for re test. <br /> 12/03/2024 15:15 ZMCLAUGHLIN <br /> Removed 87 Fill swivel adaptor and nipple. <br /> Installed a new swivel adaptor and re installed separate of nipple. <br /> Found 87 Vapor bucket spinning when trying to remove. <br /> Requested second man. <br /> Entered sump but unable to remove nipple and swivel. <br /> Removed entire spill bucket and found the nipple heavily rusted to the bucket. <br /> Left site to pick up tools for spill bucket breakdown. <br /> We were able to remove the swivel from the nipple but the nipple is still rusted to the bucket.
