Hello inspector, This email is in response to the inspection report issued on 3/12/2025,to Chevron Station number 307709 located at 10858 Trinity Park Way. Stockton, CA. Below is our response to the 7 items noted in the enclosed inspection report, no further action is required: • Item#10 Monitoring system certification and leak detector testing was performed on the following dates and a test report has not been submitted to the EHD or the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). o -Single sensor test report on 9/4/2024 following S1 sensor replacement o -Single sensor test report on 10/15/2024 following L6 sensor replacement o -Single sensor test report 1/20/2025 following S3 sensor replacement ■ Please see attached monitoring certificates. • Item#14 An overfill prevention equipment inspection was performed on 3/29/24 and a test report was submitted on 5/4/24, 6 days late. o We have spoke with our testing contractor to ensure that results are not submitted late • Item#47 Liquid with a sheen was found in the 3/4 UDC. Liquid was also observed in the 87 STP sump, and the B20 STP sump. o Please see attached work order dated 3/21/25 • Item#58 Update the Facility Employee Training Certificate to contain the accurate information and submit a copy of the updated form to the EHD. o Please see attached training certificates. • Item#59 Maintenance and monitoring records for the last three years were not found on site. o -Single sensor test report on 9/4/2024 following S1 sensor replacement o -Single sensor test report on 10/15/2024 following L6 sensor replacement o -Single sensor test report 1/20/2025 following S3 sensor replacement ■ Attached maintenance records have been placed on site • Item#72 The following UST components were replaced, and a permit was not obtained from the EHD, and no notification was made to the EHD. o -S1 sensor replaced on 9/4/2024 o -1_6 sensor replaced on 10/15/24 o -S3 sensor replaced on 1/20/25 ■ Please see permit attached received 4/10/25 • Item#77 An inspection was last done on 3/7/24 and an inspection report was issued identifying information to be submitted to bring this site into compliance.This information was required to be submitted by 4/6/24.This information was received on 4/22/24, 16 days late. o It is not our intention to be late with our RTCs, but unfortunately, if there is a parts or retest delay, this can happen. We always strive to return all sites to compliance within the required time frame. Please note that I was unable to edit the Corrective Action statement portion of the return to compliance form.
