A"Failure to Obtain a Permit'penalty applies. <br /> This is(Minor)Violation. <br /> 77 CA Code of Regulations 2712(f)2030073- Facility has corrected cited violations within 30 days of receiving report. <br /> OBSERVATION:An inspection was last done on 3/7/24 and an inspection report was issued identifying information to <br /> be submitted to bring this site into compliance. This information was required to be submitted by 4/6/24. This <br /> information was received on 4/22/24, 16 days late. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:An operator that receives an inspection report shall have 30 days to implement the <br /> corrections specified in the inspection report and comply with permit conditions. The corrective action shall include all <br /> of the recommendations made in the report. The operator shall submit a written response that includes a statement <br /> documenting corrective actions taken or proposing corrective actions which will be taken. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Ensure that a written response documenting corrective actions taken or proposed is <br /> submitted and all corrections implemented within 30 days of receiving an inspection report. <br /> This is a repeat violation (Class 2) Violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Note: The time on the Veeder Root TLS-350 panel was not updated after the daylight savings time change on <br /> 3/9/2025. The technician on site adjusted it to the correct time after printing the alarm history and system setup <br /> for the inspection. <br /> Note: EHD received a notification from Wayne Perry on 12/4/2024 that the site received a NOV and would be <br /> replacing a spill container. The notification did not state when the work would be done or which spill container <br /> would be replaced. No further information was provided to EHD, no work order or test results were submitted to <br /> EHD or observed on site. Station Manager Maricel was unsure if the work was done. EHD is waiting for a call <br /> back from Wayne Perry to confirm if the spill container was replaced. <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by 4/11/2025. <br /> To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead of <br /> having them sign. <br /> Starting July 1, 2024, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($172).
