Contact the local fire district, the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District, and the local <br /> community development department for any applicable permits and requirements. <br /> 2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for written approval <br /> prior to commencing work. All new submittals supersede previous ones. <br /> 3. Email notification to ust(d-)sjgov.org to arrange the following inspection appointments. All <br /> appointments must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance. <br /> a. Sensor functionality: Functionality of the monitoring system, including newly installed <br /> sensors, must be verified to ensure monitoring meets the requirements of CCR Title 23 <br /> and California Health & Safety Code (HSC) Chapter 6.7. — Completed during annual <br /> Monitoring System Certification conducted 3112125 <br /> 4. Any individual performing the work of a service technician must possess, or work under the direct <br /> and personal supervision of an individual physically present at the work site at all times while <br /> work is being performed who possesses, all of the following: <br /> • One of several permissible valid, current contractor licenses issued by the CSLB <br /> • A current California UST Service Technician certificate issued by the ICC <br /> • A valid, current certificate of training from the manufacturer(s) of the component(s) being <br /> tested, or the developer of the testing equipment or test method(s) being used <br /> 1868 E.
