A dOAQU1N Environmental Health Department <br /> COUNTY <br /> CP22 - UST FULL Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> WEST VALLEY AUTO SERVICE LLC 2615 W GRANT LINE RD, TRACY March 07 2025 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> 56 CA Code of Regulations 2716(a-e)2030013-DO inspections completed at least every 30 days and meet all <br /> requirements(TCR 12). <br /> OBSERVATION:The designated operator failed to check and note all required items on the visual inspection reports. <br /> The incorrect and missing information included the following from the inspection reports: <br /> -Overfill Prevention testing listed 2/21/22 instead of 5/24/24 <br /> -Secondary Containment testing listed 2/21/22 instead of 3/27/24 <br /> -The 10/12/24 report is missing the date signed by the owner/operator <br /> -The 3/7/25 report is missing the owner/operator signature and date <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: During the visual inspection,the designated operator shall check that all required testing <br /> and maintenance for the UST system have been completed and shall check all required items on the report. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Ensure that designated operators performing visual inspections at this facility are including all <br /> of the required information on the reports. <br /> This is a repeat violation (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 59 CA Code of Regulations 2712(b)(1-2)2030001 - Records of release detection monitoring and maintenance properly <br /> maintained (TCR 9d). <br /> OBSERVATION: Maintenance and monitoring records for the last three years were not found on site: <br /> -3/31/22 Monitoring System Certification and Spill Container results <br /> -3/27/24 Monitoring System Certification and Spill Container results <br /> -5/24/24 Overfill Prevention and Spill Container results <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:These records shall be maintained on site for at least three years. Monitoring records <br /> include: (1)date and time of all monitoring or sampling; (2) monitoring equipment calibration and maintenance records; <br /> (3)results of any visual observations; (4)results of sample analysis performed a lab or in the field; (5)logs of all <br /> readings of gauges or other monitoring equipment, ground water elevations, or other test results; (6)results of <br /> inventory readings and reconciliations. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: This was corrected on site <br /> This is a repeat violation (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 77 CA Code of Regulations 2712(f)2030073- Facility has corrected cited violations within 30 days of receiving report. <br /> OBSERVATION:An inspection was last done on 3/27/24 and an inspection report was issued identifying information <br /> to be submitted to bring this site into compliance.
