Our department has moved to a new database and is experiencing
unforeseen difficulties. We are hoping to send the current permits out soon. During this time,
our department will consider Johnny’s Diner & Creamery #4NR8064 as being open for business
with a valid operating permit. If an inspection occurs, Johnny’s Diner & Creamery #4NR8064
will not be penalized or cited for not displaying a current health permit. I apologize for this
inconvenience.
The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) conducts sanitation
inspections and issues health permits at all retail food facilities in the county.
Candido “Johnny” Machuca
Johnny’s Diner & Creamery #4NR8064
2340 Lotus Way
Tracy, CA 95376
Jeff Carruesco, Program Coordinator
San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department
Environmental Health Department
Jasjit Kang, REHS, Director
Muniappa Naidu, REHS, Assistant Director
PROGRAM COORDINATORS
Jeff Carruesco, REHS, RDI
Willy Ng.
