Submit copies of any missing work orders and alarm records to <br /> the EHD. <br /> 68. 2030046 - A current UST Response Plan has been submitted <br /> OBSERVATION: An approved copy of the response plan was not available for inspection. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: A copy of this plan shall be accessible on site at all times. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately locate and retain a copy on site. <br /> 69. 2030033 - A current UST monitoring plan has been submitted and is readily accessible at the facility <br /> OBSERVATION: An approved copy of the monitoring plans were not available for inspection. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: A copy of these plans shall be accessible on site at all times. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately locate and retain a copy on site. <br /> 77. 2030073 - Facility has corrected cited violations within 30 days of receiving report <br /> OBSERVATION: An inspection was last done on 1/31/2024 and an inspection report was issued <br /> identifying information to be submitted to bring this site into compliance.
