The 7/8/25 submittal <br />lists "Fill Tube Shut-Off Valve" as the overfill protection for all three tanks. Based on the 1/24/25 annual on-site inspection, the <br />facility does not have fill tube shut off valves installed. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The monitoring plan must be uploaded to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into CERS, make the necessary changes, and submit for review by the EHD. <br />This is Repeated (Class 2) Violation. <br />OVERALL NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement documenting the <br />corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting paperwork, by August 22, 2025. <br />To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead of having <br />them sign. <br />Starting July 1, 2025, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($179).
