Please see my below remarks, and feel free to reach out with questions before my <br /> next update. <br /> OBSERVATION: Water was found in the diesel STP sump, diesel fill sump, 87 fill sump, and the 11/12 UDC. <br /> Maintenance ticket dispatched to Walton. Will share updates as soon as received. <br /> OBSERVATION: The designated operator employee training for Ruhel Dhanda and Karan Singh was not performed. <br /> The employee training certificate dated 11412024 lists the date of assuming responsibility as a facility employee as <br /> 1/4/24 but the initial training date is blank for both employees. <br /> Karan trained on 4/16/24. Ruhel was determined to no longer work at this store and removed from the roster. 4/16/24 <br /> training certificate attached. <br /> OBSERVATION:Maintenance and monitoring records for the last three years were not found on site. -Single sensor <br /> MSC test results to confirm functionality following the like-for-like replacement of the 87 leak detector on 5/9/2023. <br /> It's my understanding that prior to the Water Board's Program Update from November 2023, test reports were not <br /> required for single sensor/leak detector replacements.
