Hoses attached to the boots were not <br /> positioned in a way that leaks will be detected at the earliest opportunity. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Monitoring equipment shall be maintained to be able to detect a leak at the earliest <br /> possible opportunity. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: The technician on site relocated the hoses to open near the sensor. <br /> This was corrected on site. <br /> This is a repeat violation (Class 2) Violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Looked inside all sumps and UDCs. Witnessed annular sensor testing.
