The Billing Information section on page 2 of 6 is also typed instead of signed. Both have the name of the owner. If NWestco would like to be the be the billing party we can accept your typed name since you made the submittal. However, we cannot make someone else the billing party without their express written permission. In order to bill the owner, we will need either the owner's signature or an email sent to us directly from the owner requesting the billing for this service request. As soon as we have a billing party established I'll be able to have the permit processed into our system and sent to an inspector for review.
