COMMENTS <br /> Describe all answers marked "No"or"Fail"and proposed remedy. <br /> List all monitoring equipment either replaced or repaired. <br /> INSPECTOR LYNSEY WAS ON SITE FOR THE ANNULARS GOING INTO ALARM. <br /> 87 ANN STAYED IN ALARM. <br /> AFTER THE INSPECTOR LEFT WE FIXED THE SENSOR. <br /> SOMEONE WENT TO PICK UP A NEW ANNULAR, BUT WE FOUND THAT THE OLD ANNULAR <br /> HAD WATER TRAPPED INSIDE. <br /> ONCE WE REMOVED THE WATER, IT WENT OUT OF ALARM. <br /> ALL TESTS PASSED. <br /> Page 5 of 6 <br />
