If the owner would like us to accept the <br />1/22/25 testing, you can submit the results within 30 days of the test and no additional testing is <br />needed. However, we would issue a violation to the owner at their next routine inspection for failing to <br />provide 48 hours notice. If they would prefer not to have the violation, the 1/22/25 testing would be <br />considered an unofficial pretest. A secondary containment test for UDC 3/4 would need to be scheduled <br />via our UST email (ust@sjgov.org), providing at least 48 hours notice.
