I can cancel this 1/27 9:00 because Gabriel does not need to come and show EHD the sensor works as this would <br /> fall under the emergency repair. When a technician comes out to a call and ends up having to replace a sensor that <br /> same day(emergency repair)you just need to submit the below to EHD: <br /> 1. When the sensor was replaced—ex: Replaced like-for-like sensor on 1/24/2025 <br /> 2. What sensor was replaced—ex: L1 Veeder Root 208 sensor <br /> 3. Technician certifications showing they were certified to do the replacement—ex: Mary Mack ICC: 1/24/2026, <br /> VR: 5/1/2026 <br /> 4. Submit complete test results for testing the repaired component. Ensure all pages are submitted and completed <br /> as necessary. Leave pages blank if they were not needed—ex: leave page 4 blank if no leak detectors were <br /> tested. <br /> 5. Ensure a work order is left on site for the work conducted for the day. <br /> That being said,the test results sent for the like for like repair are missing: <br /> 1. CERS ID number <br />
