A dOAQU1N Environmental Health Department <br /> COUNTY <br /> CP22 - UST FULL Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: T�13 <br /> acility Address: Date: <br /> ARCO STATION#826951` 0 S WILSON WAY, STOCKTON January 31 2025 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: A copy of the test report must be submitted within 30 days of the tests. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Take all necessary precautions to ensure testing and submittal of test reports are performed <br /> in a timely manner. <br /> This is (Minor)Violation. <br /> 24 CA Code of Regulations 2632(c), 2634(d), 2636(f)2030003-Leak detection system maintains continuous monitoring <br /> that activates an audible and visual alarm. <br /> OBSERVATION:The 87 STP Sump sensor failed to activate an audible and visual alarm when tested to ensure <br /> continuous monitoring of the tank system. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:All monitoring equipment shall be maintained to activate an audible and visual alarm or <br /> stop the flow of product at the dispenser when it detects a leak. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: The sensor was replaced and retested during the inspection and passed. <br /> This was corrected on site. <br /> This is (Minor)Violation. <br /> 56 CA Code of Regulations 2716(a-e)2030013-DO inspections completed at least every 30 days and meet all <br /> requirements(TCR 12). <br /> OBSERVATION:The designated operator failed to check and note all required items on the visual inspection reports. <br /> The incorrect and missing information included the following from the inspection reports: <br /> - For the DO report that was done on 2/9/2024 the owner name was not printed, only a signature was found. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: During the visual inspection,the designated operator shall check that all required testing <br /> and maintenance for the UST system have been completed and shall check all required items on the report. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Ensure that designated operators performing visual inspections at this facility are including all <br /> of the required information on the reports. <br /> This is a repeat violation (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 72 CA Code of Regulations 2712 2030039-Compliance with all operating permit requirements. <br /> OBSERVATION:The dispensers were replaced and a permit was not obtained from the EHD. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Emergency repairs relating to UST system monitoring and release detection may be <br /> performed by a properly licensed,trained, and certified contractor pursuant to the EHD's policy and a permit obtained <br /> within one business day from the EHD. All other repairs must have a permit submitted to and approved by the EHD <br /> prior to beginning work. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately obtain a permit from the EHD for the replacement of the dispensers.
