Please note the following regarding this work: <br /> Page 1 of the Underground Storage Tank(UST) Permit Application Guidance document(attached)details our <br /> `Failure to Obtain a Permit' penalty,which is an additional 100%of the UST Retrofit—Full Permit fee. "If a required <br /> permit is not obtained...a Full Permit must be obtained with the penalty applied ($1,032). <br /> For this dispenser replacement which took place at the same time as the properly reported cold start of the <br /> monitoring panel in January 2025,we will allow the original required UST Retrofit—No Fee permit.
