Harding Way Stockton, CA 95204 <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has Completed the review of the <br /> application for a minor plan check permit to do the following on the underground storage tank (UST) <br /> system at the above noted address: <br /> • Repiace diesel tank Red Jacket CPT Leak Detector with Vaporless Vol l 9 9 L D 20D0 Leak <br /> Detector <br /> The minor plan check permit has been approved with the following conditions: <br /> 1, Contact the local fife district, the San Joaquin Valley Air PnIlution Control District, and the local <br /> community development department for any applicable permits and requirements. <br /> 1. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval prior to <br /> commenr-ing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br /> 2. Provide written notification to ust; sigev.org for the following repairs and testing (a 48-hour <br /> notice is required), Please be aware- an inspector may not be present for testing. <br /> a.
